BOO
Not bad as far as the Saints go- major needs addressed other than OL really.
NAUgrad
Denver does actually have a 3rd round pick this year as a compensatory pick from losing a couple of free agents from last year.
broncosn05
DE NOOOOOOOOO. Get rid of Plummer!!!!!!!!!!!
godtomsatan
Excellent site. It seems like there are certainly a lot more resources for draft stuff online this year. Is that my imagination? I will say that Sgt Ryan's posts on the subject seem as well written and insightful as anything else.
CaptainHook
NO WAY the Colts take a cornerback in the first round and a defensive end in the second. No way.
Chargerz
Very nice link! Thanks! I'm curious why the Chargers are projected to take a LB in the third round and a safety in the seventh, but maybe the Bolts are going to go after a safety through free agency. Vote Quimby2
58 PACKERS CB Bryant McFadden Florida St Should go earlier than this. The kid shut down people this year. He doesn't have a lot of picks but that's because no one would throw the ball his way. I think he'll possibly go late 1rst or early second. Just my unbiased opinion
Vote Quimby2
I would also think Carnell would be picked by the Bucs with as enamored as Gruden seems to be with him. Benson would be a perfect fit in the Raiders with Norv Turner's Offense.
policyvote
These guys are consistently the best, year after year. Not only do they do incredibly detailed computer analysis of the draft and their predictions, but also everyone else's . . . If there was any way I could justify spending more money on this hobby to the wife, I'd pony up. I would be very, very happy if things fell this way for the Lions, although from what I'm hearing Davis may not be worth the 1.10. They may trade down a few spots to take him. Peace policy
bigrocks
Every mock has Miami picking Benson or Brown at 1.2. Personally, I don't believe Saban will use the 2nd pick in the draft to get an RB. My guess -- he goes best impact player and picks up D.Johnson (LB-UT). Marauders11
I can't see the Eagles taking a WR in the 1st and then a RB in the 2nd- one of those positions (if not both) will be addressed in free agency leaving the other for the draft. I expect Philly to go with: Running Back OR WR, along with an OL with their first 2 picks- Tra Thomas & Runyun are getting old- last year's #1, Shawn Andrews will fill one T spot, and they need to start grooming the other. Andy Ried's m.o. has been to draft for needs that are 1-2 years away (like he did with Lito Sheppard & Sheldon Brown) while letting his veterans play out the string.... I know they franchised Simon this year, but do you think they'll take care of him long term? They seem to rarely go with big contracts I'd be a little surprised to see it happened. The Irish Doggy
I could see the bengals taking TE Heath Miller, but they'd have to be very high on him. I think their biggest needs are defensive and with so many lineman - especially DT Johnson and Cody on the board in this mock, I'd expect that position to be taken first. Rovers
The Jets taking Clarett in the fifth? I could see that, unless they go for an RB earlier..... depends on what happens with Jordan too.
forever in debt to mo lewis
i know everyone loves Steve Savoy...but I think a team looking for some WR depth would be crazy to not take a look at Paris Warren in the 7th
Swampnuts
All the sites/mocks I've seen have the Panthers taking an OL in the first round. But I would LOVE to see them get a premier TE talent like Heath Miller, I think a stud TE would take Delhomme's game to a new level. I agree with this link about Ronnie Brown, he should be the first back taken IMO.
wolfden1
The Cardinals going QB, DT, RB just makes too much sense...no way they'll do it. Plus, I'll be surprised if Marion Barber is still there at #75. Just my $.02.
wolfden1
Also think that despite C.Frye's great performance a couple weeks back, Jason Campbell should be the 3rd QB taken, before Frye or Andrew Walter...someone will regret it if they pass on this guy. But I wouldnt be surprised if Campbell doesnt go to GB in round 2 to evenutally replace Favre.
