Big Mac Bears
For those that care to watch a show centering around a fantasy football league. The ads look pretty funny so I'm giving it a shot. Tonight on FX @ 10:30PM. http://www.fxnetworks.com/shows/originals/theleague/

damageinc
Was suprisingly a very good and funny show. Very real to life. Reminded me of some of my drafts. The guy quitting and then showing up , the guy picking a retired player etc.
Brentastic
There were a few funny moments but overall, it was only ok. Seemed over the top in a lot of places and that shows a lack of creativity. The birthday song was too in-your-face, they could have made that a more subtle funny but they took the easy way out. I agree with Bier - meh.

j2v
I enjoyed the show and recognized several of my league members among the characters. A couple observations: 3-Pete isn't going to win another one with Matt Forte as his #1 pick; and I can't have much respect for a league that not only let Randy Moss fall to the middle of R2 but let that same team get Reggie Wayne in R3 (based on shots of the draft board). Unfortunately, the teams the show's site tracks look nothing like what was drafted. Also, it'd be a shame if that guy leaves Carly Bobby, unless she comes back around and makes cameos. 2V
whitelightning
ok, so the first episode had the natural draw of the humor of a draft. what's episode two have? there was more 'football';; in it than i expected. leslie bibb needs to return ... the finger in the ass was hilarious. DMD
Leslie Bibb could use a trip or two to Krispy Kreme but she definitely adds to the watchability of the show. I enjoyed the show and it is surreal to show a draft board on the TV though drafting Jacob Hester in the 5th round was a huge reach IMO. Did not care much for the "child molester" guffaws but otherwise it was funny. I think they should have made it a league of ten instead of six. You could have half a dozen team owners with minmal roles in the story line and focus on the four. Making it a six man league makes it seem less competitive and more "geeky" to me. If you noticed, the guy on the toilet had a Fantasy Guru magazine because the show's producer plays FF and belonged to Guru's site and asked him for some guidance. He told me he sent them the magazines and has consulted with them - they got the FF part down pretty well. Overall, I loved it before I ever saw it. Plus Leslie Bib. thumbs up! I thought the same thing but then I thought on the draft board it had ten or so teams across the top. I was thinking maybe some people were calling in and they didn't show it. Gotta love that Steven Jackson pick #5. "How about Larry Johnson?" Kid Oracle: "That's a great pick.......in 2005!"

(not sure how that worked ) And two others were on the phone.
