FishFreak
I've been down on Edge since he left for the Cardinals but I'm starting to think he is a bit undervalued. After LJ, LT, SA and Tiki, it's tough to decide RB 5-10. I know the Cardinals line is suspect but Edge is a proven commodity, that gets a ton of touches, is durable, a excellent receiver, and double digit TD guy. So why then are so many sites and owners putting UNPROVEN guys like Jackson, Brown, Jordan and Cadillac ahead of him? I play in PPR leagues so Rudi isn't top 10 in my opinion. I don't put any stock in Edge's pre-season. In fact, I like the fact the Cardinals are keeping him fresh for a heavy workload. I also like the Cardinals schedule and the fact Leinart looked good this week when/if Warner goes down. I'm starting to change my mind and bump Edge back up ahead of these RB's that "could" break out. Edge has already been there done that. Thoughts???? Doc Holliday
I am more worried about Edge than the day he went to Arizona. I watched that game the other day and Edge did nothing. then Arrington came in against the same defense and was ripping it up. I know they could of been playing the run While Edge was in and changed the defense once he went out. but I am extremely worried about Edge. RokoMotion
I drafted JJ Arrington last year. Needless to say, I won't be relying on Arizona's Offensive Line to block for one of my running backs this year...they are miserable.
Robash
someone else here said it best...emmit smiths geriatric legs were able to run for 900/9...edge should top that easily
darin3
SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I'm not the only one sayin' this... Hook has said it in probably 10 different Edge-bashing threads. someone else here said it best...emmit smiths geriatric legs were able to run for 900/9...edge should top that easily True enough... Avernus
I stopped being ridiculously down on Edge when I woke up yesterday before my draft... I had him around 11th and moved him to the 8th spot... he was drafted 5th, so it didn't matter...that AZ offense looks real good regardless if it's warner or leinart at QB with those weapons (even Pope at TE looks to be a decent backup at the position)

Their highest finish in the last 3 years has been 29' th in rushing. I do expect Edge to improve them from there...but not that much. Edge's presence really only benefits Kurt Warner as his pass blocking might save him from getting hurt...or at least save him an extra couple of games for his owners.. Vet
cmon bro yer a jets fan...since johnny johnson! I thought you were gonna say since Adrian Murrell. Actually, I think Murell did have a 1,000 yard, 8-10 TD season with Arizona in 1998. Edge will probably have a similar year.
Raider.Nation
1. LJ 2. LT 3. SA 4. Tiki 5. Portis 6. Edge 7. The rest...
FishFreak
1. LJ 2. LT 3. SA 4. Tiki 5. Portis 6. Edge 7. The rest... You still have Portis over Edge? As far as I'm concerned Portis is out of my top 10 RB rankings with his shoulder and crowded Skin backfield.

LooGie
I think he's undervalued, but I'm also not as high on him as I was last year. If DD can get 1000 yrds behind HOU's line, Edge can get 3000 behind the same line I dont think Edge will put up Edge numbers, but I'd still take him 5th or 6th behind Tiki
Whiskey Pimp
I have the #7 pick in my local next week and honestly expect to see at least one of Edge, Portis or Tiki there. I'm hoping there's only one of them so I don't have to make the decision on which one to take but I wouldn't be surprised to see 2 of them there for me. PPR so I'm hoping it's Tiki.
