Big Country
It doesnt mention why they attacked the dude in the car... Just read the article, and they were beating him because he had hit a 3 or 4 year old girl. The driver got out of the car to check on her (she had minor injuries, nothing life threatening), when the crowd started beating him, THat;s when the passenger got our to help him, and the crows turned on him. Driver escaped somehow, passenger not so lucky. Moral of the story: Don't do the right thing, floor it and take the hit and run penalty, it is less severe. Sgt. Ryan
Juneteenth marks the day Gen. Gordon Granger arrived in Galveston in 1865 to share news of the Emancipation Proclamation, which freed slaves two years earlier on Jan. 1, 1863. You would at least think they could celebrate the correct date. Jan 1. Edited June 20, 2007 by Sgt. Ryan

yo mama
Looks like they beat the guy to death because he was a passenger in a car that struck a little kid. The kid should live, so at least that's good. Edited June 21, 2007 by yo mama

Kinda like a first date anniversary compared to a wedding anniversary - which one truly holds more meaning?
