coachharry
I'm following the game via NFL.com, but it seems to me that the Saints are no where to be found, especially against Tampa. What has happened?
whomper
I drafted some of their players
Riffraff
Yin and Yang. They rose from nothing to something last year; that meant another team had to falter. Too many things went right for NO last year. Time for a little regression to the mean.
Bushey
Yes, I spent a very high pick on the weak armed Brees. He has thrown a 14 yard completion thus far, but I am sure the bucs are playing that 2 deep defense that indy employed last week. Brees just doesn't have the arm to throw it over them. Brees and MJD are killing me.

I Like Soup
I drafted some of their players I'll keep that in mind next year...
major-tom
Their defense isn't doing them any favors either - they just gave up three 1st half TDs to the Bucs.
Grits and Shins
Midnight struck and the coach is now a pumpkin drawn by mice
myhousekey
They look awful. I expected them to take a slight step back from last year but apparently there was a cliff one step behind them.
Bushey
Midnight struck and the coach is now a pumpkin drawn by mice Exactly. I figured he was the greatest coach in the history of the NFL after last season. Scheme, draft picks, you name it they were on the mark. Now, they are an average team with a weak arm qb and a terrible defense.

abishagenaden
They score their first TD of the season and of all their weapons Karney got it. Just thought that was hilarious.
ABC123
I got Colston in a trade this morning and benched Galloway in favor of him.

CD6405
I'll say this, they are no Carolina Panthers.
Rockerbraves
I witnessed the Saints rise from 3-13 to nearly getting to the Super Bowl. So nothing surprises me. Stat they gave after the game said teams starting off 0-2 have a 1% chance of making the playoffs.
DMD
The biggest surprise to me is that Brees just has great toruble connecting downfield to his wideouts. The strength of the team now appears to be their biggest liability.

CaptainHook
How many times did Jason David get burned today? I saw at least one on the highlights. I have no idea why the Saints think he can be a man-up corner. No idea.
Riffraff
Stat they gave after the game said teams starting off 0-2 have a 1% chance of making the playoffs. Chargers went 0-4 in 1992, ended 11-5, and won the division. They were bounced in the 2nd round of the play-offs. It could happen.
chaz13
I just heard the stat the other day that since 1990 teams that started 0-2 made the playoffs 13% of the time. It's definitely more than 1%. And the Saints are just back to being the Saints.
Jimmy Neutron
I am dumbfounded. They had such a great offense last year and they're back to looking like the Aint's this year.

There is a big difference in "13% of the teams that start the season 0-2 make the playoffs" and "13% of the teams that made the playoffs started the season 0-2". Which is it? ROYALWITCHEESE
It's called a first place schedule my friends. That and not having a true #1 wideout.
