tonorator
You forgot reliability. 1276673[/snapback] reliability is a good one. related to dependability, meaning you know what you are going to get each time you use the product. how about big time negative associations with brands and why? Swampnuts
Good Cape Cod Potato Chips- The only kind of chips I'll eat. They are awesome Coke- The original is the best, and fake soda sucks. Toyota- I've owned three, and never had a mechanical problem. Plus I've got good resale value. Sony- Always been pleased, but others are catching up. Johnsonville Brats- Have never strayed on this one. Merrell Shoes- The best! Bad RCA- The worst electronics IMO, I've been burned bad with one HDTV purchase. Talk about a garbage product. Nissan- Owned one that was a rolling pile of shiat, and my wife reduced it to almost undrivable in less than 3 years. Pizza Hut- This place should be closed down, the most disgusting pizza in the world. Their crust is like a grease soaked sponge. Calvin Klein Underwear - those f'n Jockey's come apart at the seams, not CK. Oh and Carhartt clothing

Big John
I really don't go for certain brands, as they do change formulas and feel betrayed that something I liked had changed. For not buying a product, my #1 reason is if they do an obnoxious advertisement for it.
