Doc Holliday
In my day as a Lions fan I have seen way...let me stress...WAY to many bad starting QB's for my Lions. The absolute worst I seen was a guy named Jeff Komlo. This guy was so bad he could not complete 50 % of his passes or average 10 yards per completion(not attempts). This actually has me wondering if any QB with over 300 attempts has ever did that before. I mean I have seen plenty who have averaged less than 10 per completion (Harrington comes to mind ) but they usually have at least decent completion percentages when they they are throwing such short passes.Komlo could not even complete short passes. Chief
I forgot about Komlo, my pick was gonne be Chuck Long.
BearcatGreg
Cincinnati - David Klinger or Akili Smith. Not much difference. Equally inept.

Royal 88s
Houston Oilers - Bucky Richardson Does Texas A&M even coach their QBs or are they drafted off of the soccer team? Guy was a joke...
BillyBalata
The Vikes had Spurgeon Wynn start a few games a couple years ago, doesn't get much worse then that.

Try Brad Goebel for the Ealges a few seasons ago....brutal. Or Pat Ryan, for that matter.

cre8tiff
The Rams... Tony Banks. Without a doubt, Tony Banks. At least here in STL. Although Fitz gave it a rather inept try last year, but he was running for his life on every down.
Hat Trick
Elvis "Bonehead" Grbac, was good 20 to 20 then would fall apart near the end zone. :doah:
peepinmofo
I dont care what anyone says, but Rob f**king Johnson was the worst the Bills ever had. Well, then there was Todd Collins too. Either of those I suppose...

Azazello1313
i don't know much about the broncos pre-steve morton (late 70s). since then, none of their QBs have really been complete crap. steve morton - pretty crappy but hey, he got em to a super bowl steve deberg - not terrible as a short-term starter john elway - 16 years, hall of fame...not much else to say. brian griese - wore out his welcome, but he still wasn't awful jake plummer - average or better as NFL QBs go. probably elway as a rookie is the worst starting QB we've had
Randall
Green Bay - Jerry Tagge 1394796 And to replace him Dan Devin traded the number one, two, and three selections in the 1975 NFL draft and the number one and two picks in the 1976 draft for an aging John Hadl. Isn't that right?

But hey, now we've Got Mike McMahon to possibly step in and take over that title this year.

Cannon for an arm, but those teams were not very good. The stands were full though. Denever was a city, like Green Bay, that supported their team no matter the record. Steve Morton - or did you mean Craig Morton who they got late in his career from the Cowboys? You are such a turd.

alexgaddis
If you are talking starter, Spergon doesn't really count.. I would say for the Vikes it was Steve Dills...always threw it to receivers feet

The Vatican Hitsquad
Worse than Todd Marinovich? 1394861 Yes, he was bad but he was never a full season starter. Marc Wilson WAS the Raiders startign QB for a couple of years. Much worse. Marc F'n Wilson
