Puddy
...tastes really, really good. I've been drinking water only for the last week or so and decided to give it a try. Very close to Classic Coke ISMHO.
AtomicCEO
It's just about the only soda I drink these days. It's got no calories, but it's not gay like Diet Coke. (I hope) And it tastes good.
Moneyshot
Agreed, Coke Zero is all I drink.
Skippy
Are not Coke Zero and Diet Coke the same? I don't mind Diet Coke but I am an iced tea guy most of the time.
AtomicCEO
Are not Coke Zero and Diet Coke the same? I don't mind Diet Coke but I am an iced tea guy most of the time. Different sweeteners. I never liked any diet sodas until Coke Zero came out. Well... unless you count Fresca. But I don't because it doesn't have caffeine in it. joeyb7
For years I've been drinking diet Coke just because I don't want to gain 5lbs a week sitting behind my desk and have my smile looking like a mouthful of chiclets from drinking Coke classic. I tried this stuff, and I'm hooked.....I grab it out of the fridge just like I'd grab a glass of water. Gonkis
My first trial was Cherry Coke Zero. I don't think it's as the original. Never been a diet pop fan, though.
Bring Back Pat!!!
I think it's gross. It has aspertame (sp?) as a sweetener and I can taste it the moment it hits my tongue. Of course, I drink three Cokes a day so I might be a little biased.
isleseeya
Had a bunch of coke zero last night with rum and it tasted like diet to me ...problem is anytime a soda has zero calories and or no sugar , there is a very good chance that they added stuff they first tested on mice who are still running on a wheel For me its water if I am on diet or trying to avoid calories ...if not give me regulat coke with enough sugar to kill a horse

Perchoutofwater
Oh, and for the diet drink with no caffeine? Diet Barq's Root Beer. I haven't tried Diet Barq's, but I drink 2 to 3 Diet A&W Root Beers a day. My wife who will not drink diet drinks will drink a Diet A&W from time to time. Perchoutofwater
The best soft drink out there is a Dublin Dr. Pepper, unfortunately it is loaded with calories as it is made with Imperial pure cane sugar. It can be bought on-line here.
