CowboysDiehard
Beanie the Weenie....LOL I have Hightower on two of my three $$$ league rosters, so I hope Wells is, ahem, very cautious about returning to the field.
forever in debt to mo lewis
ill be starting timmy with matthews and foster.....hope this one lingers or ends up costing him the year....then beanie can get it taken care of and come back next year and rush for 1500 yards and 15 tds
Furd
So THIS is the year that Wells takes over. Yeah, that's the ticket.

Brentastic
I drafted Hightower in all 3 of my leagues as my last RB. I'm really starting to like that decision.
delfamdelfam
I'm watching around the league live right now on the nfl channel and there saying Beanie is questionable

wolfer
I wanted to play spiller this week, but it'll be fun to watch him on my bench now. Hightower always gets you something anyways, he's the new Larry Centers
TDFFFreak
I credit the Huddle brain trust for encouraging my Hightower love this draft season. Let's see if it pays off.* * I did draft Wells on one team as a small hedge.
LosGatosEnFuegos
Appears he is doubtful for week 1 with a knee sprain. So shouldn't this post title be "Beanie 'The Weanie' Wells doubtful for week 1."? Or are we taking on the Fox News method of reporting? Say things, slap a question mark on it, and just like that it's a legitimate headline. We're not saying; we're just asking. Still to come: Brady's knee broken in car accident? No. No it wasn't. The Grey Pilgrim
Gotta agree. Hightower is on my team in all 4 leagues thanks to the Huddle's PPR cheatsheet I grabbed him.
Brentastic
Are those PPR leagues? Nice. Yes. I really thought Beanie would take over this year but seeing his fumbling continue this preseason made picking Hightower much easier. Seahawks21
It really sounds like he might actually miss the game. It went from a day-to-day ding to a two-week soap opera, and he really might not play. I'm a big Beanie believer, but this is alarming. Hopefully it is the team holding him out, not the other way around. The kid is awfully talented. Maybe his head still has to catch up a little? I drafted him relatively high, but I don't think there is any way I can start him this weekend.

delfamdelfam
this is from azcentral.com "Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt said after Friday's practice that Beanie Wells (knee) might contribute "a few plays" Sunday at St. Louis." Company of Heroes
I was on the fence between him and Arian Foster- Im off the fence now I'm on the same fence, but I feel like the HOU offense is more a known quantity at this point the ARI. While the matchup with STL is a great one and TH should be solid, HOU will also be moving the ball. Foster should be a big part of it. Of course my league is no PPR. -CoH

CoachAub
I'd lean toward Bradshaw for this week. New stadium, home team, something to prove. He'll play his butt off. Although Hightower may try to prove it's his job-over Wells. But I'd lean toward Bradshaw and a hyped up new Stadium. (Chance of rain in NY--run over pass imo)
