CaptainHook
Not as farfetched as you might think. Harbaugh has ties to the Colts and Andrew Luck. My source says it has been discussed. If Pagano's Colts get embarrassed in the Wild Card round . . . could it happen? Colts D and o-line have made very little progress in three years under Pagano. Colts already let Bruce Arians slip away . . . could Harbaugh be on the Colts radar? Edited December 23, 2014 by CaptainHook

hezagenius
I'd rather have to go to the STD clinic than coach the Raiders.
Grits and Shins
I've heard the current thinking is that he would go to Michigan for a year and then return to the NFL. In this way whatever NFL team he goes to would not have to give up draft picks that they are likely going to need.

Will the Colts be willing to give him complete control of personnel decisions, and possibly other front office powers? I thought that was something he really needed/wanted.  Like others I've heard the strong Raiders/UM rumors too.
kwolf68
Ridiculous. The Colts are not going to fire a coach coming off a 2nd straight playoff appearance and a division title. Who thinks up this non-sense?
Dolphin_Akie
The 49'ers aren't looking to fire him ... they are looking to trade him   Difficult one though because why would the Raiders offer any decent draft picks for a coach they know SF want rid of? Just hang tight and wait for 49ers to fire him.

CaptainHook
I don't see anyone saying the Colts didn't discuss it, people are saying its not going to happen  We shall see. A poor showing by the Colts over the next two weeks and Pagano will find himself on a very hot seat. Great motivational guy, but I've seen very little improvement in this team over the last three years. Not a great X's and O's guy, in my opinion. Â I don't disagree, you're obviously more tuned into the Colts than us. It just seems crazy to think they would fire Pagano this yr...that's all. He was sick, everyone seems to love them, they just won the division...
CaptainHook
They won the division because they are a slightly above average team with a very good QB in an awful division.
