Hugh 0ne
Pretty good NFC battle this weekend, with possibly the 2 best WR's in the league going head to head. Looks like Onterrio will play, which is a boost for the Vikes. THe Vikes defense will have to play better than last week for them to hae a chance IMO. Thoughts? alexgaddis
I think it will be a close one but the Eagles should prevail on their home turf...Vikings will get a rematch in the playoffs...
Avernus
I look at both offenses and I see mirrored images....and right now...I think the Eagles have the better defense as a whole...and the edge in the coaching matchup... but it'll be close....a close shootout....like 38-
Clubfoothead
Game comes too early in the season, Minnesota's Defense still needs some time. Should be a real humdinger; however.
gilthorp
Reid outcoaches Tice (not too hard to do) and the Eagles win going away at the end.
T_bone65
The Vikings are on the road and we all know what happened the last time they played a road game. But seriously they are playing in one of the most hostile environments and are playing against the Eagles, as much as it pains me to say since I am a Cowboys fan. The game may be close for 3 quarters but the Eagles will win easily I think.
Hugh-mongus
Looking forward to it. Based on last week, I'm expecting a shootout. To top it off, in one of my money leagues, I have McNabb, my opponent has CPep. Should be fun!
Wizards
Looking at what the Giants did that was successful vs. Eagles and saw that the "D" line tired and Barber got loose a couple of times....think Vikings should(Operative word "should"--doubt they will) to have a chance play smash mouth and do what Eagles do not expect...run it at them...this will set up play action and keep the upfield rush from Philly's ends...Philly on the other hand will find it easy to do what they want when they want to...via the pass or run....Westbrook is the wildcard IMO and he will be the difference here as Vikes don't have an answer to him yet!! Weasels
Going to be a great game but I give the nod to the Eagles due to home field advantage. Key for the Vikes is their interior D Line. If Hovan and Williams can pressure McNabb I think they have a chance. Any pressure by those two will be better than Sunday's results. Bananaman
Eagles will probably take it in the end. But I am really looking forward to watching this shoot out. Could be one of the best monday night games of the year.
NSab
Should be a great game, I can't wait. These two it should be a high scoring game.
MikesVikes
The Vikes played their base defense more than they wanted to against the Cowboys because their starting corner got injured during the pre-game warmups. The Vikes put Brian Williams, who was coming back from an injury into the lineup and played very little nickel or dime coverage. I think that the Vikes will look better next week on defense. Did anyone hear about TO trying to get to the stadium on time last week? He had to get a police escort to make it on the field on time. Philadelphia police escort their receivers but Minnesota police Get escorted by theirs. NAUgrad
TO vs. Moss. I think Moss could have the better game but could be close. I hope it's a track meet.

I hope it's a track meet. 413610 We all know what happened last year right? Moss went bananas and TO was shutdown against our D. But this is at their house. It will be a good game, possibly a shootout. I think the vikes will pull one out.
Brentastic
I'm going against the majority here. Mike Tice is a very underrated coach, and trust me, their offense is more run oriented than you think. Tice won't be afraid to run the ball every down if they're ripping off 7 yds a pop. Of course this will only open up the offense for Moss to get offensive! Should be a great game. In my two leagues I have C-Pepper and McNabb in each and Moss in both! skylive5
Ivan could play havoc on this game, better check status before you think this will be a scorefest. 413796 Beat me to it. I have no idea if Ivan will have anything to do with the game or not. However, I do think that everyone expecting a 'shootout' may be disappointed. To me a 'shootout' is something like 45-40. Or more. Think this game will be more like 27-26 or less. Have no stats, research, or links... just a 'feeling'.
Samuel L. Jackson
I could not see if someone has said this all ready. The board is loading slow today. Is it always like this? Anyways... ESPN said that there's a good chance that the Giants D stopped playing for Coughlin. If that's the case, there's no wonder TO was allowed to score 3 TDs. I think the Vikings will win. I don't see TO getting more than a TD this week. Edited September 14, 2004 by Samuel L. Jackson

mcnabbmcnow
Eagles fan...very scared of this game...very, very scared. Whoever turns the ball over more will win. I don't see either D making many stops.
