That is pure speculation from fans. Why would San Diego do that? They have two first round picks this year, plus their qb of the future (ie NOT Brees). It makes no sense. With Derrick Mason, Todd Heap established as pro bowl players, the Ravens already have two big names. With Clarence Moore coming off a great rookie year, Randy Hymes coming off a good year, Devard Darling being healthy, the Ravens also have three great young players (Moore and Darling where rookies and Hymes is in his 4th year). Also, Moore and Hymes where the starters at the end of last year. They basically get bumped down one spot with the addition of Mason. With Defensive Tackle our biggest need, I believe we rate that possition higher based on need. Offensive line and Linebacker I see right behind it. IMO, some odd picks in this draft, but always interesting to get a different view. Fortunately, they didn't seem to far off in Seattle's picks.
