Guest THEbigred
Yeah, '77 think. I saw him around '72 or '73. He was at a small club with a 20-50 person audience. Very few people ever saw him there. A real shame he didn't get more respect. 1344200 Wow, very cool. He was a helluva good one. Course he's no Kenny G, but who is? Course he's no Kenny G, but who is? 1344442 before the huddle, i used to frequent a BB where a bunch of music snobs hung out, run by aol. they had an artist forum for kenny g, and we took it over in the name of RRK. Clubfoothead
I'm trying to decide between the Texas Music Revolution and Old Crow Medicine Show on March 19th. Robert Earl Keen is the featured act at Texas Music Revolution, it is being sponsored by Shiner and is kid friendly with 20 bands for like $80.00 for the 3 of us. Tough call. Ursa Majoris
It's amazing that you can still HEAR! By far the LOUDEST band I have ever seen. I could actually feel the kickdrum rattling my ribcage x 6 now after tonight. Oh yeah - and the Reverend Horton Heat is great live. Ursa Majoris
Aerosmith (yes, really, but they still stunk) Aerosmith (Ursa is right...worst concert I have ever seen...though Seal was bad too) Aerosmith - sucked There's a pattern emerging here. matt770
There's a pattern emerging here. I loved their 70's stuff and Pump, after that they turned into a bunch of sellout pussies and I have heard from lots of people that they suck live. yo mama
The four most memorable concerts I've been to, in no particular order: 1. The Cure (Love and Rockets opened)... on acid; 2. Santana (Al Green ad Buddy Guy opened)... New Years Eve, the Mrs. and I had back stage passes, and partied with Santana in their private room before they went on stage; 3. Jane's Addiction (Primus and the Pixies opened)... this show rocked 4. U2 (the Sugar Cubes and Public Enemy opened) Edited August 29, 2009 by yo mama
Sugar Magnolia
I don't remember Aerosmith being that bad, although I was on special medication, and this medication gives you a false awareness that everybody and everything is totally awesome.
