J.D.Morrison
ALLEN PARK, Mich. -- Detroit Lions wide receiver Roy Williams is likely to miss the rest of the regular season because of a sprained knee. Williams Lions coach Rod Marinelli announced Monday that Williams has a sprained posterior cruciate ligament in his right knee and that he will miss "several weeks." Marinelli said the injury was similar to the one sustained by cornerback Stanley Wilson in the Thanksgiving Day loss to Green Bay, after which Wilson was put on injured reserve. Detroit also lost reserve safety LaMarcus Hicks to a broken ankle, while cornerback Travis Fisher was undergoing tests on his injured wrist. I guess Mr. Kitna isn't getting anywhere near the 10 wins he predicted this year !!
ROYALWITCHEESE
Same injury as Andre Johnson. So "several" seems about right. Took AJ what 6 weeks? IF they make the playoffs, I believe he will play. But as for the fantasy playoffs? Slim to none.
Kid Cid
Ahh yes. A TEam limping into the FF playoffs absolutely needed to hear this news.
J.D.Morrison
Ahh yes. A TEam limping into the FF playoffs absolutely needed to hear this news. same here but, I'll tell ya....I'm kind of relieved that I don't have to speculate if he is going to have a good day or a 3 catch 33 yard effort. The talent is there but the consistency is horrible. I wonder what I can pull of the scrap heap for him.... Derrick Ward is out for the season as well. TheGrunt
Somehow I'm not surprised with this news considering the way things have gone for my team this year, however, since my FF season just ended yesterday I'm not stressing over this loss. At least he'll be back for next year.

peepinmofo
Yeah... and Les Miles is leaving LSU right? Theyve had reporting issues all year, so Ill wait until it is confirmed by the team. Although, as late in the year as it is, I wouldnt be surprised, but ESPN has done a crap job this year.
xtra
Calvin Johnson........Come on Down!!!! I was thinking Mcdonald or Furrey.Johnson hasnt been that impressive other than the amount of dropped balls and pass interference calls he gets away with. gilthorp
Ouch...two teams with Roy, and the depth is not where I'd like it to be.
Savage Beatings
Calvin Johnson........Come on Down!!!! I was thinking Mcdonald or Furrey.Johnson hasnt been that impressive other than the amount of dropped balls and pass interference calls he gets away with. With Williams out for half of the game yesterday, Calvin Johnson still only managed one reception against a Defense that can definitely be passed upon. Eagle2003
Now I don't have to play him and can shuffle between Coles, Branch, Fitz and Winslow.
MrTed46
Holy peaches by the bucket! This is the worst FF season. I battled injuries all year and finally locked in thr 5th seed and now I lost Shuab and Roy Williams and no add drops are allowed. My backup QB is Brian Greise BOOOOO
MikesVikes
Without wishing or glad for an injury, I'm glad that I don't have to think about starting him over better options week in and week out.
Grits and Shins
Bad timing. I own Roy and Fitz.
ROYALWITCHEESE
Bad timing. I own Roy and Fitz. I have been "lucky" this year with my dynasty. No season ending injuries...until... I get AD back and then lose Roy and Ward on the same day. Well, at least now I can unleash Bowe
