detlef
So Coke and Pepsi are both fighting over my soda gun for the new place. It's pretty much a tie as to who's hooking me up with the most goodies. I'm not a big soda guy so I was curious what you all thought. Puddy
Preference is Pepsi as they offer Mt. Dew. Coke has the Mello Yellow version but very few places carry it.
Caveman_Nick
Do you really want to be one of those weenie places that says "We serve Pepsi. Is that okay?" ?

DemonKnight
As long as you're actually using Coke or Pepsi, it doesnt really matter to me. What bugs me is when on the menu it says either Coke or Pepsi and I get my soda and it is obviously some generic brand Cola theyre using. A rather upscale restaraunt I worked for did this and it always bugged me.
cre8tiff
No one has complained that Puddy was not an option? Have we finally grow past this need? Or is it the idea of "drinking" Puddy is too much to bear?
dmarc117
pepsi. but cherry coke is delish.
detlef
All I wanted was a Pepsi, and she wouldn't give it to me! Just a Pepsi, and she wouldn't give it to me!
Bill Swerski
Pepsi is OK but a bit too sweet, IMO.
ChuckB
I can drink either in a pinch, but pepsi definitely tastes better, and as Puddy said they have mountain dew which is a hugh seller.
Swampnuts
Can or bottle- Coke Tap- Pepsi Can or bottle- Diet Pepsi Tap- Diet Coke I can't explain it, but there are major differences between the tap and the can with these two brands. There's nothing better than an ice cold coke in a glass bottle though.

But I can't stand Coke out of a can. It tastes too caramel-ly. I prefer Pepsi.

SheikYerbuti
But I can't stand Coke out of a can. It tastes too caramel-ly. I prefer Pepsi. +1. Straight Coke has a syrup-y quality that doesn't quench a thurst. It's gotta be over ice. Pepsi One is the bomb.

Big Country
I used to be a Diet pepsi or regular Coke drinker, though I really find all regular sodas to be very thick and too sweet. Over the last year or so, I am a Diet Coke convert. As for the restaurant, meh, no biggie either ay, but I do prefer Coke to pepsi as of this writing... in a year or two, my tastes may change. McNasty
Coke. Mexican Coke in the glass bottles is better. Mountain Dew is the only choice for non-cola drinks. Mostly, though, I drink water.
