Dr. Rock
10 years as a QB coach, 2 (offseason) weeks as an offensive coordinator. Oh yeah. That qualifies a guy to be head coach. Snyder strikes again! As a giants fan, I'm thrilled.. but I have to admit, I feel a little bad for those unfortunate souls who are Skins fans. Sturphy
Link: http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3238678 How can a guy with a name like that fail? Always loved Jim Zorn airing it out too. Jim Zorn =

Pope Flick
When you think you've seen it all, you see some more. Then again, Jim Fassell wouldn't have been a major hit parade either.
BeeR
Very questionable pick, but who knows......the "great" picks with tons of experience and success haven't exacty gotten it done (although you could argue Gibbs was finally turning the corner). budlitebrad
Could be good for Jason Campbell.
xtra
Surprised would be an understatement. But growing up a Zorn fan I hope he excels
Rovers
Well, Snyder's high profile hires haven't worked out very well, have they? I think Zorn could well turn out to be a good choice. I think I've gone to the "well" too many times already in this post....
Zooty
andy reid was NEVER a HC when he was hired(only QBs coach, i believe) And non-Eagles fans will be along to point out that he still hasn't won anything either
devilwoman
andy reid was NEVER a HC when he was hired(only QBs coach, i believe) Yep...I was thinking the same thing. Zorn and the Skins will be fine.
BumpNRun
Though Gibbs was finally putting it together....Zorn will help provide an offense...now if Campbell recovers he will again have to learn a new offense,a downside...but the future looks good....Always been a Zorn fan..... Chavez
Then again, Jim Fassell wouldn't have been a major hit parade either. Fassell has taken a team to the Super Bowl. Not the worst thing for a coach to have on his resume.
isleseeya
Zorn to Largent was good Zorn coaching Skins = meh probably not best choice but maybe it works out
Randall
andy reid was NEVER a HC when he was hired(only QBs coach, i believe) True but Holmgren recommended him as his successor(and Wolf hired Ray Rhodes instead). The hire's a surprise but so was Mike McCarthy.

Seahawks21
Good for Zorn. My first jersey. That said, there are some major questions that need to be answered. First, is Zorn truly a west coast offense guy? I suppose he must be by now. Does he plan on implementing the west coast offense in Washington?? It's quite a difference from the H-Back and the counter trey. Who is going to be the offensive coordinator? Are there any west-coast offense based coordinators left?? Congratulations, but there is still work to be done.

Randall
Who knows nowdays. Ill take a fresh face over a failed retread anyday He could be very impressive in interviews. Some of the better hires are people not expected to be ready but are very impressive when they interview for the job. Time will tell. Zooty
Who knows nowdays. Ill take a fresh face over a failed retread anyday A lot of the new faces have been successful. McCarthy, Payton. Gruden was called a bad hire too since he was too young.
policyvote
Ah, I remember when Jim Zorn was going to turn Charlie Batch into a stone-cold stud. Peace policy
