Retrograde assault
God bless the souls of the American's murdered on that fateful day and may we continue to rain death and destruction on the enemies of this great country for as long as they can stand it or until we run out of munitions, whichever comes first. FWmaker
Being in Manhattan, then and now, I am quite saddened on this day. I had worked in Tower I until a few months before 9/11. Worked aside 4 of those killed (they had moved to an impact floor), and had one client who died as well. I had later found out that this client was pinned by debris and talked on his cell phone with his wife (still my client) until the tower came down. When I did their tax return (1st time I worked on their taxes as I was new to this firm), I was first somewhat relieved that I saw NO dependents on the return. It put me in a deep depression for 3 full days. Later, I found out to my horror, that his college-age daughter was picking up his return (she filed her own return and was not on the parents' return). God Bless!!!

Kid Cid
The was a huddle member who worked in the towers that day, his name was Sol the Fly and he is proof that smoking can save your life. He was a member of Dash-4. He was outside having a cigarette when the first tower was hit. No one heard from him for a couple of days and we thought the worst. He simply got on a bus to Albany and got out of town. He thought we were under attack (think war) and decided that the city wasn't the place he wanted to be. Unfotunately he left the league soon thereafter and we haven't heard from him again.

Hugh 0ne
So many have already forgotten. Not I. Never will. Force myself to watch a lot of footage so I will never forget how sad and angry I was on that day. Never forget, never forgive. May those responsible for the planning, funding, or carrying out of those acts burn in hell.

Randall
No kidding. That was a tough period even for those of us who were 1000 miles away. I followed it every day. I still can't imagine those firefighters(and others) who lost dozens of friends and comrades. Let's not go through that again.
