Nagy to be fired

They can't fire Nagy without firing Pace. That would be absurd.

Yes it would.  That's what the Jets did when they fired Bowles but kept Maccagnan and then in the following year, they fired Maccagnan but kept Gase.  But this lunacy all started way earlier when they fired GM Mike Tannenbaum but kept Rex and then paired him up with Idzik.  The Jets ownership was clueless on how to "clean a house" properly.  Hope that the Bears don't make the same dumb mistakes.   Those were among the dumbest decisions in Jets franchise history.

I would be on board to have Leslie Frazier as HC and Trace Armstrong up top.

Trace the former Bear?  I was wondering what he is up to these days, he's an sports agent and lives in Florida.

Good luck to you and all other teams in the coaching/GM searches.

The Bears are a mom and pop business. They specialize in the absurd.

As a MIN fan, I strongly support this.  Frazier is, at best, a poor man's Mike Zimmer.  Great coordinator, below-average HC.

Mahomes and Watson would not be who they are if Pace gave them to Nagy.

That's probably true of many players, and its not just the coaches but the surrounding talent. The Browns passed on Ben Roethlisberger back in 2004 to draft Kellen Winslow II. He was somebody that head coach Butch Davis recruited at Miami and he was enamored with him. But at the time, Ben would have probably failed in CLE, certainly wouldn't have won a SB in his 2nd season and had that kind of success. The Browns had just returned in 1999 and still didn't have much talent on that team, certainly not guys like Bettis and Ward, or the OL or defense.

Jeff Garcia was signed as FA to be QB, they drafted Luke McCown in the 4th

Their RB was Willie Green & Lee Suggs

Best receivers Dennis Northcutt and Antonio Bryant, their TEs were below average
