MikesVikes
The Vikes should be able to move the ball much better against the Packers than the Redskins. On the Xmas eve game, the Vikes scored on two 20 second drives and also had a defensive TD. The Packers had a huge time of possession advantage just because they couldn't stop the Vikes. (Just check the scores of the 2 regular-season games ) 639901 Although I'm a Bears fan, I'm looking forward to this wonderful NFC North match-up! These two teams have played two great games this year!

PackerFanX
The extended forecast for Green Bay next weekend shows a high in the mid 20s. Hopefully a cold front comes through and the temperature at game time will drop into the teens.
alexgaddis
Couldn't ask for a better way to enter the playoffs...two great games this year and now a third...I think the Pack should win but you know what they say, it's hard to beat a team three times in a year... A win in Lambeau would make this whole late season collapse be erased... and it would be even better if Favre retired after the loss... Guest Sores
and it would be even better if Favre retired after the loss... 640017 Doesn't this board have some sort of filter for filth like this?

Down Goes Frazia
A win in Lambeau would make this whole late season collapse be erased... 640017 you got that right. At this point I don't give a sh*t how the Vikes got here. Earlier today I was whin'in like a little biatch to my buddy @ the Hawks game as they flashed the scores....I kept say'in.." I don't want them in if they can't earn it." it was drunk talk. it beats the hell out of last years finale.
Down Goes Frazia
I was reading nfl.com & saw this stat that blew me away. The Packers and Vikings have met 87 times -- but never in the postseason. That will change Sunday, when the bitter NFC North rivals face off at Lambeau Field. http://www.superbowl.com/playoffs/gamebygame/week1 that's bizarre, I would have never guessed this. I gotta believe that's a misprint. big john Edited January 3, 2005 by Down Goes Frazia
Guest Sores
Never before have the Packers and Vikings met in the postseason. The Packers played divisional foes in both the 1993 and 1994 playoffs. Both times it was the Detroit Lions, and both times the Packers won in the postseason after splitting the regular-season games.
Todd1
Vikes have lost 19 of last 20 outdoors, right? If Sherman loses at home in the playoffs in freezing weather again, I will protest outside 1265 Lombardi Avenue every day until he is fired!! Fire bombing his house would not be out of the question either.
Hugh 0ne
The Vikes suck. Tice is a moran. Now I have to watch them on my Birthday. It's not bad enough that they already ruined my Christmas. Of course I'll be if they can somehow get a victory.
gilthorp
As difficult as it is to win 3 games against an opponent in a year, it appears the deck is really stacked against the Vikings. With a defense that has had problems all year, they have to open up on the road in the cold. If they couldn't beat the Bears or the Redskins outside on the road, how are they going to beat the Packers?

devilwoman
Can Green Bay beat Minnesota 3 times in one year? 639640 Its weird about beating a team 3 times...more often that not it comes back to bite ya in the poopus. But hey I am on the Farve bandwagon...gotta love this guy he is a legend. Besides I want Seattle to win and then they can meet GB in a grudge match from last year
gilthorp
Corey Chavous broke his elbow yesterday as well, which will not help an already horrendous defense. 640283 However, he's just the type of guy to tape it up and wear one of those casts over the thing. Chavous is one guy on that D that has the goods IMO.
Rebellab
As my friend and fellow Viks fan visited on Sat. we didn't want them in the playoffs. It will be just one game and they haven't got a snowballs chance outside of one game. If by some miracle they defeat the Pack, I don't seem them going much further. So regardless this is all for nothing.
