DMD
In preparing materials for the 2006 season (I already had my 45 minute vacation between seasons), I was culling out some names from stats over the last three years and some names just made me laugh remembering how desireable some of these guys seemingly were (at least for a week or two if not "the hot guy"). How many did you have and can you even remember the last team they played for? I guarantee each one was mentioned on these boards during the last three years at least in passing as a prospect. Running backs Anderson, Damien Canidate, Trung Carter, Ki-jana Chapman, Doug Cobbs, Cedric Gary, Olandis Hambrick, Troy Henry, Leonard Hollings, Tony Joyce, Delvin McCullough, Sultan Simon, John Watson, Kenny Zereoue, Amos Wideouts Barlow, Reggie Bates, D'wayne Darling, Devard Dyson, Kevin Floyd, Malcolm Foster, Larry Gadsden, Oronde Jefferson, Shawn Johnson, Patrick Johnson, Ron Kircus, David Lewis, Jermaine Lockett, Kevin McKnight, James Moore, Clarence Sanders, Frank Schroeder, Bill Stokes, J.J. Streets, Tai Terrell, David Thompson, Derrius And yes, I have also owned a couple of these along the way...

DMD
Canidate went to Washington pre-Portis didn't he? 1294802[/snapback] Canidate was supposed to be the WAS rushing attack prior to Portis. I saw him drafted in the second round two years ago I believe. Kevin Lockett is another favorite of mine. He was drafted by the Titans who also drafted another wideout later in the draft. Evidently Derrick Mason ended up a better pick than Lockett did.
The Irish Doggy
Ahh, Cobbs. I recall a guy in my dynasty league telling me I had to get Cobbs during the first round of our rookie draft as insurance for CD. I laughed so hard and took Chris Perry at #8 instead (passing on Roy Williams and Eli Manning) knowing full well that Rudi wasn't the answer in Cincy. :doah: A wash really since I think Perry has been in my starting lineup once. AtomicCEO
Hey now... I went to the Superbowl one year with WR James McKnight in my starting lineup. I think he was in Dallas at the time. Did he lose a leg or something? He sure dropped off the planet, Peerless Price style.

jgcoach
I had Streets '02 & '03. Not great but, as a #3 wr not a bust. Never did live up to expectations but, you could make the argument that his situation did deteriorate after those years.

darin3
Anderson, Damien - Northwestern guy? Had one string of good games in college. Canidate, Trung - Flashes of semi-brilliance ... or was it the system? Carter, Ki-jana - What a waste. Chapman, Doug - From what I recall, sort of small. Cobbs, Cedric - Isn't he on the Patriots? Oh wait... Gary, Olandis - Product of the system for sure. Hambrick, Troy - Too big? Fullback size and moves, but RB? Henry, Leonard - Who? Hollings, Tony - Dom Davis stole the show and Wells was plenty good as a backup. Joyce, Delvin - Who? McCullough, Sultan - As I remember, too small... Simon, John - Who? Watson, Kenny - Who? Zereoue, Amos - Shifty, but too small and not durable. Barlow, Reggie - Kevan's bro? Bates, D'wayne - I remember this guy. But Darling, Devard - Who? Dyson, Kevin - Injuries galore. Floyd, Malcolm - Who? Foster, Larry - Who? Gadsden, Oronde - Hey this guy doesn't belong here. He was a nobody and turned himself into a somebody. Jefferson, Shawn - Who? Johnson, Patrick - Uh, wasn't he white? Johnson, Ron - Who? Kircus, David - He's still around, isn't he? Or did he get lost in the myriad of Lion WRs? Lewis, Jermaine - One good year, eh? Lockett, Kevin - Know the name, but... McKnight, James - Dunno. Moore, Clarence - Dunno. Sanders, Frank - Couple good years for the Cards. Schroeder, Bill - Hey this guy was decent. Stokes, J.J. - UCLA wideout. Nuff said. Streets, Tai - Michigan wideout. Nuff said. Terrell, David - See above. Thompson, Derrius - Who? Interesting list, though...
