Henry, 28, has fathered nine children by nine women in at least four Southern states and has been ordered by various judges to provide child support for seven of them, according to court records involving one child living in DeKalb County.

DeKalb Superior Court Judge Clarence Seeliger this week ordered Henry to provide $3,000 a month for the Lithonia boy he fathered out of wedlock three years ago with Jameshia Beacham, now 29.

Henry isn't the most thrifty guy, according to court records, so the judge wants to ensure payment by establishing an unusual $250,000 trust that Henry must fund by next spring.

Seeliger wrote that the football player displayed "bad judgment in his spending habits," dropping $100,000 for a car and $146,000 for jewelry. Meanwhile, Henry fell behind on support payments for his child with Beacham that were mandated by a previous order. Threatened with jail, he borrowed $9,800 from his former team, the Tennessee Titans, to pay the bill, according to court records.

The trust ensures Beacham will get timely payment if the pro player falls behind on his installments again. Yet the trust could be a sticking point for Henry, who could appeal.

His lawyer, Shiel Edlin, said that to his knowledge the trust would be without precedent in Georgia. A quarter-million dollars is a lot of money, even for Henry, Edlin said. "He has some concerns and he's weighing his options."

Beacham could not be reached for comment. Her lawyer, Robert Wellon, said he asked that the trust be set up because Henry rarely made the payments mandated by an earlier order, though they were $800 less a month. Wellon said there was testimony establishing that Henry received a $1 million bonus earlier this year but quickly spent most of it, buying, among other things, a Mercedes and gold jewelry.

"My argument was, if he makes wise investments, other than in gold chains, then he should be able to make the payments," Wellon said.

Looks like Henry will be appearing in a "Where are they now" episode in a few years. He's almost 30, his last big payday was this year.

$3,000 per month for just one child adds up quick. Now add 8 more kids...

(Henry) drop(ped) $146,000 for jewelry.

Um, if you're laying out 146k for bling, I'm pretty sure you can kick a quarter mil towards your f'in kid. Dirtbag.

:D I wonder if the sports media will make light of this the way they have with Tom Brady's "situation"?

Not likely. Brady's spin docs must be getting some serious coin for their ability to keep "The Brady Bunch" from being portrayed with even a hint of the same contempt as the Kemp/Henry situations ... Granted, he's only managed to father two out of wedlock to different women so far -- but he's young, charming, rich, and on his way to catching Kemp/Henry if his behavior doesn't change. I think his GQ image and the supermodel nature of the moms gives his a bit of camelot/teflon coating that keeps it from being portrayed like Henry's or Kemp's.

Dang shame, in truth -- for Brady, the moms, and especially the kids. Sure, the unmarried and apparently ineffectively protected sex was likely fun for a few hours -- but with all the conflicting priorities swirled into having multiple young'uns spread throughout the country, they'll all spend a lifetime missing out on the real magic of life. It's soooo much more than just writing/cashing the child support checks.

Think if he'd told the models his name was Ron Mexico ... :D

No kidding. Parents and family are the real teachers of children. Sometimes they teach bad examples by how they live and act and sometimes good ones. Being absent is a lesson too. When you have 9(and counting) chances of the kids being taught well aren't all that great.

Brady's ladies are famous/wealthy in their own rights and are not in need of any loot from Brady. HUGH difference in that and spreading seeds all over the Southeast that you have no intentions of being a true father to...

Apparently, and I haven't followed this real closely, Brady kid #1 is a result of Brady saying he didn't want to get married so BM stops taking birth control in hopes of getting preggo in hopes that that will rope Tom in. It doesn't. He walks anyhow, more than a little peeved at the desparate move to reign him in. BM gets a 15yd penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct.

Now, Brady kid #2 sounds more like a classic "oops" than #1 ... she's a big-time supermodel (makes more than Brady does) ... why would she want a break from that at the top of her game to be pregnant, have a kid with a guy she's just started seeing a few months prior, etc. And, why would Brady, who knows his possibly psycho ex is having his kid would he want his new girlfried to have a kid of his too? Doesn't really add up as anything more than an "oops". GB and TB each get a 5yd penalty for offsides.

PS - Abstinance works 100% of the time its tried. :D
