bushwacked
A lot of homers kept yapping, but none of these teams delivered. What team was 2nd best in the 2007 NFL football season? Discuss?
piratesownninjas
I recall your team getting dismantled... Are you just on a fishing trip trying to get as many bites as possible?

No, I'm not fishing. If I was fishing I'd link up the multiple threads on how much better the AFC teams were than the NFC teams.

Chief Dick
I'm going to say the Chiefs. Because at the end of the day they are in the exact same place as the rest of the losers.

bushwacked
Who cares? That is a great question....I'll leave it up to the Pats fans who thought they were making history, the Cowboy fans who thought the same (I'm not sure they were making history, but that Cowboyz1 guy kept talking about history from Week 6 until they lost their first playoff game), and the hard luck Packer fans who had a good team but got too confident (I like the Packers but once a multitude of Huddle Packer fans started getting cocky I was happy to see them lose). Who cares? I do. Fans of a team that seemingly never talked smack, won it all.

irish
Well considering the Packers, Cowboys and Patriots didn't get to play each other in the playoffs, you can only go by the regular season. The Patriots beat both, have an 18-1 record and lost in the SB to the Giants- that makes them #2. Dallas beat the Packers in their only matchup, so that makes them #3 and the Packers are #4. All clear? I would agree though, who cares? Back to fishing. Edited February 4, 2008 by irish
