Company of Heroes
Yep, in my TD heavy LT scored 9 and Sproles 14.
Menudo
He didn't have a phenomenal game, but, can you really bitch about 90 yards and a TD ??? Tomlinson owners have been spoiled over the years.
ffjunkey
I've finally come to the realization that LT probably doesn't have any monster games left in him...hopefully LJ can bail me out on Sunday. Oh well, it could have been much worse...I could have drafted Brady, or one of the long list of RBs that did not live up to expectations this year...like LJ! This could've been the game...

DMD
Playing at home against the Raiders in a national game means you have seen the best of Tomlinson.
RussMan
I traded 2 guys that I didnt regularly play for LT to fill my flex spot -- so as my #3RB he is ok, but way disappoining if you took him top 3 in the draft. I drafted Slayton late and he has more points than LT.

Azazello1313
Playing at home against the Raiders in a national game means you have seen the best of Tomlinson. alas, prolly so. but I still want to see where he's at early on next season. obviously his days as the #1 pick, carry fantasy teams on his shoulders days are over. but a small part of me is thinking he might be had at great bargains next year. DMD
Two words - "Shaun Alexander" LT is more multi-dimensional than SA ever was, but Alexander showed just how fast a RB can take a dive.

As much as I respect the player that LT is, I'm glad his era of slashing the Raiders is coming to a close...

Footballjoe
I think if the game would have been closer you would have seen much more of LT. I like Sproles but I think LT would have gotten many more carries. Also, I wonder if LT's eye was bothering him. I was rubbing it a lot on the sidelines. Jrick35
29 is not a good number for a RB's age. Some do well after reaching that age but most see a dramatic decrease in production. Exactly the reason I declined a trade offer in weeks 2 & 3 that would have gotten me LT.

The Wolf
You guys are ripping LT for his performance? I hope DeAngelo gets at least that this week. You think that it is OK for a player (who was most likely drafted 1 - 2 overall) to perform like Deangelo Williams (who was most likely drafted 9-10 rounds later)? In Week 14, nonetheless, when most fantasy playoffs start?
Eagle2003
Let's just say that Norv shows weakness and doesn't stick it to his opponents. That is why they lost so many close games, he is not a finisher. I played against LT, so I am very happy, because he could have easily had a substantially better game. MrTed46
You think that it is OK for a player (who was most likely drafted 1 - 2 overall) to perform like Deangelo Williams (who was most likely drafted 9-10 rounds later)? In Week 14, nonetheless, when most fantasy playoffs start? Honestly, this point in the season who cares where you drafted people? You need your points to be higher than your opponents points. You had time to made necessary adjustments. 25 touches for 90 yards and a TD is pretty good in my book. I would take that from my RB1 every week. ETA: And in my book, LT lost his RB1/Stud status weeks ago. Edited December 5, 2008 by MrTed46
