I'm also a certified legal assistant so when a pharmaceutical/medical device case comes along, I feel compelled to work on them. It's my "specality". I used to do insurance fraud litigation for a defense firm for about 5 years back in the late 1990s. We were heavily involved in swoop-n-squat litigation for several insurance companies.
