Could be he feels Bijan has been getting too many touches, and he wanted to give him a "game off" to get the touches back in line. Anything is possible with this guy. Crazy stuff. He alluded to Bijan getting too many touches and needing to monitor it, and I think this is his answer, essentially sitting him in today's game. Didn't make him inactive because he wanted the Bucs to be ready for him, and if he absolutely needed him he'd be there. I think the whole thing is a Smith scam. It certainly fits his MO.
