One of these WILL happen. If one does not, Ill run a contest and give away a brand new DVD next week.

The following will happen:

1. A WR has 200+ yards receiving

2. A QB has 300 + yards, 3+ TD's, and 3 + INT's

3. Sunday night or Monday night goes to OT

For the first time in two decades, 6 teams are favored by 9 or more points. Oddly, 3 of those teams are NOT the Giants, Colts and Saints, all division leaders.

2 of those 6 favorites will lose outright.

You know, you may be the swammi, but apparently even swammi's, should spell check their sig.

For those that don't know what teams that is:

10/18 1:00 ET At Pittsburgh -14 Cleveland 38

10/18 1:00 ET At Jacksonville -9.5 St. Louis 43

10/18 1:00 ET At Green Bay -13.5 Detroit 47.5

10/18 4:05 ET Philadelphia -14 At Oakland 40.5

10/18 4:15 ET At NY Jets -9.5 Buffalo 37.5

10/18 4:15 ET At New England -9 Tennessee 43.5

2 of those 6 favorites will lose outright.
Which two do you see winning? I think St. Louis @ Jacksonville is the only one that I think really has a chance. Tennessee @ New England I think could if the Titans stopped underperforming, but realistically I don't expect them too.

I'd predict two cover the spread, but none win outright.

1) White again? Maybe Welker?

2) Cutler or Schaub I think

3) ATL/CHI I think. Shootout that goes the distance.

See - now I think that is awesome. I knew this week - like last week - there were a lot of blowouts in store. There are so many really bad teams and pretty good teams right now.

I forgot about Cincy & Minnesota, two more division leaders but not involved in one of the big-spread games.

Thats 5 teams (IND, NYG, NO, CIN, MIN), a combined 23-1, not involved in the six games where the spread is 9+.

Amazing.

Tells us just how bad those really bad teams are....they are double-digit dogs to even the mediocre teams.
