Lions wave bye bye to Stafford and Golladay.

The rebuild is underway.

Would be a good replacement for the often injured and aging Sammy Watkins. But they also have some good young talent like Hardman, Robinson and even Pringle.

Don't see the Chiefs spending big on FA WR.

He would be a nice fit in Green Bay.

The Packers are over the cap.  They could not offer Aaron Jones a full-market value contract so he is likely gone.  With that, they are unlikely to sign Golladay.

The Chiefs need a good #2. Neither of those guys listed above fit that bill.

I could absolutely see the Chiefs spend money on that position. They are in win-now mode.

Crowded receiver corps. :(

I don't think it's as crowded as it appears. Many of those players are constantly injured. Jones loves to throw deep, almost to a fault. I can see Golladay putting up some nice numbers.

He's easily their #1. The Giants' WRs were trash. They didn't have a #1.  As a Cowboys' fan, I hated seeing this signing.

Who exactly will Goff be throwing to?

Swift? Hockenson?  Amendola?

They need some WR that's for sure. Maybe Mohammed Sanu can return to form (800+ yards in 2018), he's been rather mediocre since on 4 teams in 2 years. But he's not under contract either.

That's a great question, not a lot there.  I think Amendola retired or is going to.  They picked up Breshad Perriman and Tyrell Williams but those guys are pretty marginal.  they could definitely use a WR in the draft.

No doubt when he's healthy he put up good numbers with Stafford. Now with Jones throwing to him could be a totally different story. He's not Stafford and it's yet to be seen if Jones can develop Stafford like connection with Golladay. Their O-line isn't very good but if Barkley can get back to toting the rock like he's capable it would help in the development of Jones and maybe take some pressure off him. I could see Golladay getting a 1'000 yards and 6-8 touchdowns his first year in New York.  I think some will draft him a bit early taking a chance he stays healthy and gets in sync with Jones. I'll wait and see what WR's go before him. Detroit seemed to let him go pretty easily so not sure what they know so I'll proceed with caution in drafting him. He easily has the ability to be a TOP 10 receiver but.some things.have to go his way.

I really thought Hockenson was going to be a stud. Maybe he and Goff will figure it out together.
