Cunning Runt Posted March 15, 2011 Share Posted March 15, 2011 It's not my style to ask this, but I'm gonna anyway. I could use some positive mojo/prayers. About a month ago I posted that I had said a prayer and it was answered. I'm saying some more today. I noticed my leg was swollen after work today so I went to the ER. It turns out I have a blood clot in my leg and another in my lung - potentially fatal stuff. I think the lung one may have been what my original prayers were about a while back. So now I'm at the hospital and will be for 4-5 days at least while they have me on a blood thinner hooked up to all sorts of stuff. The real question though is why, at 45, and pretty healthy, did I get these clots. They won't know until I'm off the blood thinning medicine in about 6 months when they can do some more bloodwork. Last I read, she was recovering from this and is hoping to return to the court this summer, so it looks like she has averted danger with the help of her doctors. I know u will do the same too.
