tonorator Posted October 22, 2007 Share Posted October 22, 2007 we found out this week that my wife's mom has colon cancer. she's 70. she went in for a hernia-related problem and came out with a cancer diagnosis. we are taking it hard, as are the boys who love their grandma. jackie is not doing well at all as she is very close with her mom. they did numerous scans and tests and we will find out this week how far along it is and what kind of treatment program she is facing. i do strongly believe in the power of prayer (and karma, vibes, well wishes, and thoughts), so it would mean a bunch if you could include jean in your shout outs to a higher power. we are praying for good test results and that this was caught on the early side. thanks.
