Anyways it pretty much went how you would expect I would handle it. I simply pulled up my job description and told him I am doing nothing outside of what is listed and therefore I will no longer do any engineering prep. Now maybe since he pulled out the job description and said that's all I'm doing they are coming in as mediators.
