Jedi
How about Derrick Fenner... One year with the Seahawks I think he led the league in TD's.
Bring Back Pat!!!
Thought of a few more... Gaston Green. Was a top 10 RB for Den one year Mark Higgs. Same thing, for the Dolphins Marv Cook. Same thing at TE for the Pats Ronald Moore. Had great rookie year with Cards, then nothing. I'm sure I'll remember some more....
Red Barons
Michael Clayton and Charles Rogers. I tipped C Rogers 2 dollars 2 weeks ago at the local car wash for taking special care of my windows.

Marv Cook actually had 3 good seasons for a TE, he's not really a flash in the pan. In '90 he had 51 catches and 5 TDs, then 82 catches and 800 yds and in 92 also had 52 catches. 3 pretty good years for a TE! Besides, he was a great TE on Tecmo Bowl, ha ha. Speaking of Green, what about Harold Green? Harvey Williams is another. 983 yds in 94, but only 4 TD, then had 1114 yds and 9 TDs in 95, never to come close to decent stats again. For Rogers to qualify - shouldn't he at least played a game or two?
SeductiveNun
How about Derrick Fenner... One year with the Seahawks I think he led the league in TD's. Actually, I picked up Derrick Fenner as a replacement RB for one week in 1995 when he was with the Raiders and my other RB, William Floyd snapped his leg like a twig. Fenner caught a TD pass late in the 3rd quarter, and I won my game as a result. Our Commish at the time was watching the game with his father in law (our opponent) and when they showed the Fenner TD, our opponent yelled out WHO??????????? I ended up dropping him the next week for either Ronnie Harmon or Eric Bienemy (I swapped those 2 out most of the year), but ultimately I won our league championship that year, which was my first year ever in fantasy football. So Fenner had some relevance post-Seattle. Although his Seahawk days were before my time in fantasy football.

Swashbucklers
Jett (OAK WR, forget his first name) Joan? And Bernie Parmalee is a good one. For a few years, the same guy in my local either drafted or picked him up, I still make fun of him.

McDuffie Bert Emanuel Terrance Mathis Jett (OAK WR, forget his first name) Charlie Garner Tyrone Wheatley Patrick Jeffers Albert Connell Sean Dawkins Some good ones here. I think I've owned all of them at some point minus Russell. I'll forever think Errict Rhett would have been HOF had he not ripped up that knee. Never was the same. I can recall having him while he was in Baltimore and some jerk named Priest Holmes was splitting carries with him.
