darin3
No. Pratts lost his #12 due to some snafu. So #12 is now undefined and all other numbers remained the same. 1310233 I want #12! My favorite #!!!

Rovers
More one-sided yes, but, I was referring to the degree of the missed call. None last night were as blatant as the Polamalu INT, imho. 1310232 See, I don't get all the complaints about the Polamalu INT that wasn't. The rules say you have to make a football move, whatever the hell that is, and if you are rolling around on the ground, and lose the ball before you leave the ground, how is that this stupid football move? Anyone who ever played, knows that was an INT, but the way the rules are written now, that ref gets WAY too much blame. What the hell was wrong with control, two feet or a body part down? That worked great for 60 years. Now, it's horse manure. Hopefully this debacle of a game will make the competition committee fix things. I'd also like to suggest that the refs get an electrical shock whenever they grab what I now call the terrible towel.

Doc Holliday
You can't have a perfectly officiated game. As for any "fix" keep in mind that so much $$$$ was bet on the steelers in Vegas that their victory cost that town's casino's mucho payola this weekend. 1310142 With Vegas being able to bet with offshore betting sites, Vegas is no longer a true guage on what goes on in the betting world. they can look as though they lose money and win billions in todays betting world. theprofessor
C'mon...did the Seahawks quit when the refs were handing the Steelers that game? No, they persevered...even if it was a losing cause. 1308904 Nice Post.

Squeegiebo
but when people say "score board! deal with it!" .... that doesn't tell the whole story and is insulting to those with any knowledge of football 1310103 That post of mine was a joke based on TimC's suggestion. otherwise they're on the golf course a month ago. 1310106 BS. No guarantee Harper would have scored with his f-ed up leg, and Vandy's FG would have tied it, not won it.

The only way that they lost money on this is if their odds makers screwed it up from the start, and even if that happened, they wouldn't loose much because they would have adjusted the line to recover most of it. Vegas doesn't make money on who wins or loses, they make their money on the juice.

Which penalty it the Pit/Colts game was more screwed up than the Hasslebeck block below the waiste?
