I remember driving home from the hospital with our first born and thinking: "I just can't wait to get home so that I can get some sleep" that thought stayed in my head for about 1.5 seconds until it suddenly dawned on me what an idiotic thing I had just thought. 26 months and another kid later, I still don't think I've had a good night's sleep... but it sure is worth it.
