My little girl is going in to surgery tomorrow

Nothing life threatening, she is going in to have her tonsil and adenoids removed because, at 6 years old, she has sleep apnea and has been stopping breathing at points through the night. They believe this will help out and kind of rushed us in. But, with her and how her FXS affects her, she has significant anxiety attacks and panic attacks and has been freaking out. As for me, even though this is being done at Duke and their doctors are amazing to say the least, I find it very hard to turn over my kid to a bunch of strangers to wheel off and cut in to - especially when she will be crying and freaking out. I would like to ask if you all could find the time to include Riley in your thoughts and prayers and pray for a quick and event free tonsillectomy & adenoidectomy.

Are you nuts getting that procedure done in a hospital!!!

Doctors are just a bunch of lackeys and yes men!!

get a hold of Thor Eckman - he was locked up but he out now and he can do the whole adenoid thing the natural way for much less.

Best of luck to your daughter.

Best wishes.

For what it's worth, you will notice a hugh improvement in your child's breathing, sleeping, and overall ear/nose/throat health. My twin boys had their tonsils/adnoids removed and tube installed in their ears about 18 months ago. They haven't had an ear infection since.
